Returns

1. If you chose the wrong item, or want to exchange we offer a store credit to the value purchased, less shipping, providing that the goods are returned to us in original condition with seal untampered with (you will need to pay the cost of return). Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods to discuss.
2. Simply contact us via email explaining your reason for wanting to exchange the product
3. If returning the item to us, we advise to track the item to ensure we receive it. Our returns policy is valid for 14 days after date of purchase.
4. For health and safety reasons we cannot offer a replacement on opened or tampered with products.
5. For your own security and peace of mind, we cannot take orders via phone

Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods

Whilst we strive to ensure that all goods reach you in perfect condition, there are unfortunately times when this does not happen. If you receive damaged or faulty goods, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement.

1. All information provided to Essential Blends is kept confidential and used simply for the processing of orders. No emails or personal information is provided to any third party.
2. We never store or even see your credit card details as payments are processed using the Stripe Payment gateway.
